I have not visited this establishment but the pictures are Charming.... With the exception of one where the person doing the video tape is cussing. I know of many people who cuss who are good people but most of them don't cuss in front of ladies and since ladies and gentlemen BOTH look at these reviews cussing is not helpful or appreciated. You only make yourself look bad sir, not the establishment.
Wonderful place to stay! It was nice and cozy. The staff was helpful and very friendly! I know I am staying here anytime I visit Houston. Great price too! More than just a "room" it had a kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, pans, silverware, there was also a dining table a living room. It was basically a small apartment, I loved it!
The people here complaining are ridiculous. You're paying bargain prices. If you expect luxury services pay 200 night next door. This is the best bang for the buck. Great views and the staff was nice. Sami
Just got back home in NC after staying four nights at the Hilton Garden Inn/Galleria area in Houston, TX. This place was awesome! Wonderful buffet breakfast every morning. All of the staff was exceptionally efficient and pleasant!
If you are OK, this small hotel is OK. Its been a little gem to me. Low price, fits the budget. Ideal location. The staff here is calm and and patient. I would return anytime.
I've visited guests here and find the rooms to be very nice and private. The clientele here seem to be working middle and upper middle class citizens who are respectful, quiet, and pretty low key. If you have children, you may be better off at the Hilton next door.
Magnificent view with huge windows in selected rooms. Convenient for shopping as Galleria is just a short walk away. The best price in a 10 mile radius and curtious and personal treatment from staff.
Great area with this hotel being in midtown by the Galleria; you have practically every shopping spot you can imagine in walking distance, which let me tell you is quite pleasant. They have pretty nice and spacious rooms with a lot of things you need to live..(microwave, oven, stove, ect.), the rooms have definitely been smoked in, even the ones that have signs that say "Non-Smoking". & I'm a smoker, but I prefer not to smoke inside of my living quarters, or places that I am staying or living. There are a lot of people that go in and out, in and out, which can be annoying some nights, but I guess it isn't terrible. Also, I know that they renovated one side of the place, now let's renovate what I'm guessing is the original side, to get it up to par please!! Overall though it was nice. It is a 3 star hotel but I will give it a 4. Sorry for the original 3 star rating.
